これから女子十二楽坊情報をこのブログに適宜流すことにします。適当にまとまったら独立ページ作ります。この記事は2003年10月のものです。その後、記事がまとまったので独立しました。以下、雑談と関連リンク集。

自分の中では、
プロデュースは「中国のつんく」こと、王暁京。この人自身にも興味がわきますが、それはさておき。
民族音楽を現代に蘇らせる癒し系、といえばアイルランド・トラッドのエンヤを思い出します。しかし、女子十二楽坊は、もちろん伝統的中国民間音楽・楽器を使っているものの、もう少しポップ色が強い感じ。「自由」のメロディラインはマーラーの交響曲にも似た響きがありますし、東亜的音楽を現代風にということで思い出したのはなぜか「必殺仕事人」のBGM。あと、押井守監督の映画「AVALON」（意味不明な連想でスミマセン）。
今後、アメリカへも進出するようですが、うーん、どうでしょうね。日本人はかつての中国音楽を輸入して日本の伝統音楽を作ってきたので、共通の「懐かしさ」を持っているわけです。しかし、アイルランド・トラッドその他の西洋音楽を土台としているアメリカ人が、この音色を日本人ほどに好むかどうか。「中国のつんく」のお手並み拝見というところです（でもこちらはメンバー入れ替えはほとんどないでしょう。笑）。
